HITTING AND THROWING IS JUST ALIKE

There are many ways to throw a ball, but only one correct way

Major League baseball and doctors claim the cause of the "injury epidemic" today plus the many "Tommy John" surgeries taking place daily is caused by overuse in a player's youth. MLB and doctors claim they came to this decision after studying thousands of cases of injuries that includes kids still not in high school. This theory of overuse does not touch the fractured humerus injury.

Hall-Of-Fame pitcher, Sandy Koufax did not pitch until his senior year in high school when his sandlot coach put him on the mound because he threw so hard. After only 12 years in MLB, Sandy Koufax left the game with traumatic arthritis in his swollen left elbow. The Throw Center contends that his elbow problem came from overuse as a youngster. His elbow problem came from an error in his pitching biomechanics and no one corrected his throwing form or helped him find his natural throwing groove. The Throw Center has helped others with the same problems find their natural throwing groove and are now throwing without stress or pain.

Minor soreness or fatigue after throwing is an indication you are not in your natural throwing groove. When throwing overhand or pitching, minor soreness can lead to more radical soreness. Continuing to place stress on the elbow or shoulder when throwing could lead to a diagnosis of tendonitis, bursitis and possibly to arthritis. This could even lead to surgery to relieve the pain when throwing. Your form needs to be corrected immediately before continuing to throw. Every player has a "natural throwing groove".

The Throw Center has developed a dynamic throwing tool called the "Natural Throwing Groove Training Ball" (NTGTB). You learn fast and it's very user friendly! With this ball you can put yourself into your own "natural throwing groove" and eliminate all pain when throwing...even after an injury or surgery. A catcher that had Mackey Sasser problems for five years contacted me after his coach had moved him to left field. Within ten minutes of working with the "Natural Throwing Groove Training Ball", he was throwing like a major league catcher or infielder! It is easy and fast with amazing results!
